A Sad Loss: In Memory of Jim Broadfoot

Everyone at McKay Flooring has been deeply saddened by the sudden death last weekend of Jim Broadfoot. Jim was the much-loved husband of our book keeper Dorothy as well as father to Pamela, Lorna and Alison. His wonderful personality, ready smile and great friendship will be missed by all who knew him.

Jim was a stalwart of the sea kayaking community in the west of Scotland and you can read a moving memorial to him on the Sea Kayaking blog. The many comments at the end are an indication of how much Jim will be missed. We send our deepest condolences and much love to his family at this sad time.
