If you love the idea of smoked oak flooring than take a peek inside McDonald’s European headquarters in London. McKay Flooring recently supplied and fitted a supersized 495m2 of fine engineered smoked oak throughout the Edgeware Road building.
However, just as a burger needs a decent bun, we first had to create a flat and stable base from 18mm plywood, screwed onto the existing floors. We then finished off the job with bespoke risers and nosing to the stairs. A happy deal all round.
